Ondas (ONDS) unveiled improved fourth quarter and annual 2025 revenue projections on Friday, yet shares retreated nearly 6% during morning session activity.
The technology firm has revised its Q4 2025 revenue expectations to a range of $29.1 million through $30.1 million. This represents an increase from the previously announced forecast of $27 million to $29 million, which was communicated in January 2026.
The updated projections exceed Street expectations on both fronts. Analysts had anticipated Q4 revenue of approximately $27.77 million and annual revenue totaling $48.37 million.
For the complete 2025 fiscal year, revenue is now projected to fall within $49.7 million and $50.7 million. This surpasses the company’s previous guidance bracket of $47.6 million to $49.6 million.
The guidance adjustment followed the completion of supplementary financial closing procedures after the company released preliminary figures on March 9. The management team refined accounting calculations related to warrant liability fair value fluctuations.
This recalibration is anticipated to generate a net benefit of roughly $102 million for both the fourth quarter and full year periods. This substantial gain, primarily consisting of non-cash adjustments, is the primary catalyst behind the elevated net income projections.
Fourth quarter net income is forecast to range from $82.9 million to $83.4 million. Annual 2025 net income is estimated between $50.4 million and $50.9 million.
Regarding operational profitability, the outlook presents challenges. Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter is anticipated between negative $9.9 million and negative $9.4 million. The full year adjusted EBITDA projection sits between negative $31.5 million and negative $31 million.
Liquidity Strength
Ondas closed 2025 with approximately $551 million in cash and cash equivalents on hand. The company subsequently secured around $1 billion in capital on January 12, 2026, resulting in a current ratio of 15.3.
This represents an exceptionally robust financial position.
Looking Ahead to 2026
Ondas maintained its 2026 annual revenue guidance ranging from $170 million to $180 million. This projection does not incorporate potential contributions from any acquisitions announced during 2026.
The organization has demonstrated notable acquisition activity recently. Strategic initiatives include establishing a joint venture with Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG focused on autonomous drone defense technology, acquiring INDO Earth Moving Ltd. through a $140 million military contract arrangement, and securing complete ownership of 4M Defense Ltd. by purchasing the outstanding 30% stake from Chirokka Holding Ltd.
ONDS shares have experienced remarkable appreciation of approximately 1,458% throughout the past twelve months.
Complete fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results are scheduled for release on March 25, 2026, accompanied by a conference call beginning at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
