UiPath announced a series of partnerships with four major technology companies on Tuesday. The automation leader revealed integrations with Nvidia, OpenAI, Google, and Snowflake for its agentic automation platform.
The stock reacted sharply to the news. Shares climbed 23% in pre-market trading before pulling back to 15% gains in the opening session.

The company said all new offerings on the UiPath Platform are available starting Tuesday. The platform combines pre-built solutions, new orchestration capabilities, and tools for building and testing agents.
UiPath will use Nvidia’s Nemotron foundational model for agentic AI. This enables organizations to deploy enterprise-ready microservices including natural language processing, image understanding, and predictive analytics. The technology targets sensitive processes like fraud detection and healthcare workflows.
The OpenAI partnership centers on a new ChatGPT connector. This integration combines OpenAI’s AI models with enterprise workflows. UiPath says the connector simplifies the development of AI agents.
Voice Interaction Takes Center Stage
The Google partnership introduces voice-enabled automation capabilities. UiPath launched a Conversational Agent powered by Google’s Gemini models through the Vertex AI platform.
Users can trigger, build, and manage automation through natural language speech. The system includes high automatic speech recognition accuracy, multilingual support, and real-time processing.
“Voice is the most natural way we communicate, and now it can be the most natural way to automate,” said Graham Sheldon, Chief Product Officer at UiPath. The voice-enabled agent features emotion-aware dialogue and proactive audio processing.
Michael Gerstenhaber, VP of Product Management for Vertex AI at Google Cloud, said the first wave of generative AI focused on individual productivity. He indicated the next wave is about transforming core business processes.
Platform Expansion Continues
UiPath expanded its partnership with Google Cloud beyond the voice features. The company made its platform available on Google Cloud Marketplace. Google Cloud customers can now purchase UiPath’s automation platform and deploy it on Google Cloud infrastructure.
The Snowflake partnership integrates UiPath’s Agentic Automation platform with Snowflake Cortex AI. This allows customers to build AI agents that use data insights to take autonomous actions faster.
UiPath also extended its partnership to include Google Workspace business collaboration offerings. The company has a market cap of $6.67 billion.
PATH stock is up 14% year-to-date. The shares have gained 13% over the past 12 months.
Retail sentiment on Stocktwits around the company trended in the bullish territory on Tuesday. The company posted second-quarter results that beat analyst expectations earlier this year.
