The automaker announced it has begun large-scale overseas deliveries of the 2026 model year XPENG P7+. The launch spans 36 countries and regions simultaneously.
XPeng’s global footprint now covers 60 countries and regions. The company operates 380 overseas physical stores, representing a year-on-year increase of more than 150%.
The manufacturer also maintains over 1,000 sales and service outlets worldwide. This growing network supports the company’s international ambitions.
Europe Gets Production Hub
European units of the P7+ are manufactured by Magna in Graz, Austria. Test production at the facility commenced in mid-January.
The P7+ made its European debut at the 2026 Brussels Motor Show in early January. German customers can order the electric sedan starting at €46,600.
XPeng offers three battery-electric variants of the P7+ in Europe. The Chinese market includes an additional range-extender drivetrain option not available overseas.
The P7+ represents the second model under XPeng’s P7 designation. The original P7 is a five-meter class saloon that has been available for several years.
XPeng positioned the new P7 as a sporty and dynamic model. The P7+ offers slightly more practicality for families.
Fast Charging Technology
The P7+ features an LFP battery with 5C charging capability. This technology allows the vehicle to charge from empty to 80% in just twelve minutes.
The charging speed remains consistent regardless of battery size. XPeng prioritized efficiency and low consumption over larger battery packs.
The P7+ achieves a standard range of up to 530 kilometers with a maximum battery capacity of 74.9 kWh. This approach keeps the vehicle lighter while maintaining practical driving range.
The model shares its charging technology with XPeng’s G6 and G9 SUV models. All three vehicles benefit from the same fast-charging capabilities.
First deliveries photographed at Chinese ports show multiple P7+ units awaiting transport. The vehicles were arranged to form the ‘P7+’ logo for promotional images.
Series production timing for the European market has not been confirmed. Initial overseas deliveries likely consist of China-produced units destined for non-European markets.
