Chief Financial Officer John Murphy clarified to Fortune on Monday that the $10 billion encompasses the entire Coca-Cola ecosystem. By comparison, Coca-Cola’s standalone capital spending projection for fiscal 2026 stands at approximately $2.2 billion.
Shares of KO started Tuesday’s session at $89.34, posting a 1.2% gain. The beverage giant’s stock is trading near its annual high of $92.49 and significantly above its 52-week low of $65.35.
The infrastructure initiative encompasses previously disclosed projects across multiple states including California, Colorado, Alabama, and New York. According to the company, its domestic operations generated $85 billion in GDP contribution within a single year and provide employment for approximately 1 million Americans, based on independent research.
Additionally, Coca-Cola disclosed that its integrated system directed approximately $37 billion toward American suppliers and allocated $177 million to community initiatives via its charitable foundations.

Coca-Cola delivered Q2 financial results on July 28, posting earnings per share of $0.97, surpassing Wall Street’s $0.93 projection by $0.04. Total revenue reached $13.37 billion, exceeding the $13.17 billion consensus estimate and representing a 6.2% increase versus the prior-year period.
The beverage manufacturer achieved a net profit margin of 28.56% alongside a return on equity of 39.38%. Management maintained its full-year 2026 EPS guidance range of $3.27 to $3.30.
