Incyte Expands Oncology Focus at ESMO 2026
Incyte confirmed that it will present data from six oncology programs during the ESMO Congress 2026. The event will take place in Madrid from October 23 through October 27. Moreover, the presentations will cover several investigational cancer therapies across multiple disease areas.
The company scheduled four rapid oral presentations and two poster presentations. These studies cover colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer, and squamous anal cancer. The program highlights several clinical candidates from Incyte’s oncology pipeline.
The rapid oral sessions include updates for INCB161734, INCA33890, and INCB123667. In addition, the poster sessions feature retifanlimab and another study involving INCB123667. The presentations span early clinical findings and a Phase 3 maintenance trial.
KRAS, Bispecific Antibody and CDK2 Programs Take Center Stage
Incyte will present new findings for INCB161734, its oral KRAS G12D inhibitor. One study evaluates the therapy alone and alongside cetuximab in advanced metastatic colorectal cancer. Another presentation examines the same candidate with chemotherapy in advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
The company also plans to present data for INCA33890, a TGFβR2×PD-1 bispecific antibody. The study combines the candidate with standard cancer treatments for microsatellite stable colorectal cancer. Furthermore, this program targets a patient group with limited treatment options.
Another rapid oral presentation will highlight INCB123667, a CDK2 inhibitor. The study reviews preliminary efficacy when combined with bevacizumab in recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer. Additionally, the company will present a Phase 3 maintenance trial involving the same investigational therapy for advanced gynecologic cancers that overexpress Cyclin E1.
Broader Pipeline Reflects Continued Cancer Research Strategy
The poster presentations also include final survival outcomes from the Phase 3 POD1UM-303 or InterAACT-2 study. That trial evaluates retifanlimab with carboplatin and paclitaxel as first-line treatment for advanced squamous anal cancer. The presentation adds long-term clinical outcome data to the congress program.
Incyte continues to build its oncology portfolio through clinical development across several cancer types. The company maintains research programs in hematology, oncologyand inflammation with multiple investigational medicines. Moreover, these efforts support its broader strategy of advancing targeted therapies for serious diseases.
The ESMO Congress remains one of the largest global meetings for oncology research and clinical updates. As a result, companies frequently use the event to present important trial findings and pipeline progress. Incyte’s six scheduled presentations provide another opportunity to showcase ongoing development across several experimental cancer treatments while supporting its expanding oncology research portfolio.
