Tyler Radke, covering the name for Citi, reaffirmed his Buy stance while adjusting the price objective downward to $200 from $225, attributing the revision to compression in valuation multiples.
Even with the reduced target, Radke’s fundamental projections outpace market consensus. His updated model anticipates 53% revenue expansion for fiscal 2027, significantly exceeding the approximately 45% growth rate expected by Wall Street analysts.
The optimistic thesis hinges on a recovery trajectory within Palantir’s US Commercial business unit. This segment encountered an unforeseen deceleration during the first quarter, though Radke interprets the weakness as transient.
“We anticipate US Commercial will recover following an unexpected Q1 slowdown, propelled by enhanced resource allocation and AIP expansion into additional industries and regions,” Radke stated in his client communication.
He projects US Commercial Remaining Deal Value net additions will return to the $800 million-plus levels observed during the latter half of 2025, which should trigger additional upward estimate adjustments approaching 2027.
Insights from Recent Channel Checks
Radke characterized his mid-quarter exchanges with ecosystem partners and company executives as “largely positive.” He emphasized sustained traction among global systems integrators and independent software vendors.
Notable client acquisitions from AIPCon 10 were spotlighted, especially within Legal and neocloud sectors. Internationally, Radke highlighted a significant insurance engagement in Mexico and strengthening collaboration with Nvidia in the Sovereign arena.
Within the federal sphere, Radke observed expanding applications across Department of Defense operations at the AWS Summit. He further indicated the USDA contract should deliver ongoing momentum through the year’s second half.
While Radke recognized rising competitive displacement activity, he believes the expanding base of reference accounts will maintain business momentum.
