TRON DAO announced this week that its blockchain infrastructure has facilitated transactions exceeding $30 trillion in aggregate value since its deployment in 2018. In a statement, founder Justin Sun drew parallels between this achievement and the total economic output of the United States for 2025.
The platform now supports more than 405 million registered user accounts and has processed upwards of 15 billion individual transactions. Data from TRONSCAN indicates the total value locked within the TRON ecosystem exceeds $28 billion.
Notably, TRON maintains dominance in USDT circulation with $94 billion, surpassing all competing blockchain networks. According to Token Terminal analytics, TRON processes the highest volume of USDT transfers across the industry this year, moving approximately $6 trillion with daily average transfers reaching $25 billion.
Payment transaction activity continues its upward trajectory. CoinDesk Research documented that cryptocurrency payment card volumes increased from $2 billion during Q1 2026 to $2.4 billion in Q2. TRON’s market share expanded from 33% to 34% during this period, establishing it as the leading blockchain for this use case.
Growing Institutional Adoption
In September 2026, Canary Capital introduced the Canary Staked TRX ETF, which trades under the TRXS ticker symbol. Additionally, TRX spot and futures instruments are now available on Bitnomial, a regulated derivatives platform operating in the United States.
Anchorage Digital broadened its TRON integration by offering native TRX staking services and secure custody solutions for TRC-20 tokens. Meanwhile, the Tokenized Hamilton Lane SCOPE Fund achieved a milestone as the inaugural Securitize-issued product deployed on TRON’s infrastructure.
The network secured placement among the top five protocols featured in the recently unveiled S&P Pantera Digital Asset Index, a collaborative benchmark developed by S&P Dow Jones Indices alongside Pantera Capital.
Market analyst Team LAMBO Charts (@TehLamboXcharts) shared on X that “$TRX is sitting right at the make-or-break zone,” suggesting that a successful breakout from current levels “could get seriously explosive.” This observation highlights the technical formation traders are monitoring in light of the transaction volume achievement.
At present, TRX is valued at $0.3436, representing a 0.23% decrease from the prior session’s close. Today’s trading has occurred within a narrow band between $0.3421 and $0.3432.

Technical Indicators Show Strength Above Critical Levels
TRX continues trading above its 20-day moving average at $0.3380, 50-day average at $0.3357, and 200-day average at $0.3294. The nearest support level is identified at $0.3355, with overhead resistance positioned around $0.3500.

The daily MACD configuration displays a bullish signal, with the majority of momentum oscillators indicating positive sentiment. Technical projections suggest a probable trading corridor between $0.3376 and $0.3497 for the upcoming five-day period.
Viktoras Karapetjanc, an analyst at Traders Union, characterized the $30 trillion achievement as evidence of TRON’s strengthening fundamental position. He interpreted the present price consolidation pattern as a technical recalibration before a potential upward continuation.
Short-term forecasts anticipate a 0.7% appreciation to $0.3457 within 24 hours, while the seven-day outlook projects a 2.24% advance to $0.351. Extended timeframe predictions present mixed signals, with the 12-month forecast indicating a modest 2.18% correction to $0.3358.
