This impressive performance is rooted in solid operational results. During the second quarter of 2026, Arista reported earnings of $1.02 per share, surpassing analyst projections of $0.89 by $0.13. The company generated $3.04 billion in revenue, exceeding expectations of $2.83 billion and representing a 37.7% jump compared to the year-ago period.
Looking ahead to the third quarter of 2026, company executives have projected earnings per share between $1.06 and $1.08. Wall Street analysts currently forecast full-year EPS of $3.70.
The company’s artificial intelligence networking segment is experiencing rapid expansion. Arista’s AI fabrics customer count has exploded from merely four or five clients in 2024 to over 100 cumulative customers. Company leadership anticipates AI-related revenues will reach a minimum of $3.6 billion in 2026.
Supporting this growth trajectory, Arista introduced the 7060XE7 switch, featuring 100-terabit capacity and 1.6-terabit throughput capabilities. Executives expect 1.6T products to begin customer trials during the latter half of 2026, with full-scale production ramping up throughout 2027.
