The structure of the contract also includes a ramp-up phase, where computing capacity gradually increases through September at a lower cost before reaching full pricing levels.

Nvidia Chip Clause Included
A notable condition in the agreement gives Google the right to terminate the contract if SpaceX fails to provide access to Nvidia chips by September 30, following a one-month grace period.
