AI Analytics Provider Gains Momentum in International Casino Markets
Tangam Systems is experiencing heightened demand for its artificial intelligence-powered casino analytics solutions as gaming establishments worldwide seek advanced tools for operational oversight and data security.
Company President Maulin Gandhi explained that the firm’s primary challenge involves maintaining innovation while building confidence in an industry subject to stringent regulatory oversight. Gandhi shared these insights during discussions at the G2E Asia 2026 conference held in Macau.
The company has built its reputation on specialized products including TYM (Table Games Yield Management) and SODA (Slot Optimization & Data Analytics). TYM enables casino operators to fine-tune table game configurations, game variety, pricing strategies, and staffing decisions dynamically.
SODA concentrates on maximizing slot machine revenue and player participation through strategic recommendations regarding machine positioning, game selection, and customer reward programs.
The company’s latest offering, formerly known as SODA Plus, has transformed into a comprehensive casino performance management system. According to Gandhi, this platform has achieved significant market acceptance globally.
Gandhi noted that operators are seeking integrated perspectives on customer activity spanning all gaming options. Instead of analyzing slots, table games, and electronic table games in isolation, the platform provides a unified operational framework.
He emphasized that revenue generation stems from individual customers, and at the fundamental level, operators view all gaming formats as equal revenue sources regardless of type.
The concept driving SODA Plus initially focused on consolidating disparate gaming information into a single operational dashboard. This data integration now serves as the backbone for implementing AI and large language model capabilities in casino analytics.
Casino Industry Prioritizes Data Security in AI Implementation
The enhanced platform has been successfully launched across numerous territories. Implementation sites include properties throughout the United States, multiple European nations such as the United Kingdom and Greece, various Asian locations, and Australian venues.
Gandhi reported overwhelmingly positive reception from clients. Based on initial user feedback, operators have questioned why such a comprehensive platform was not available earlier.
Tangam’s client portfolio is experiencing rapid expansion. The organization projects it will surpass 300 casino properties by July or August of this year. This represents substantial growth from approximately 200 venues reported in October of the previous year.
While initial market penetration came primarily from large casino brands and integrated resort complexes, mid-tier gaming groups operating multiple locations are now fueling adoption rates. Gandhi indicated this market segment is expanding rapidly as these operators seek centralized oversight of their entire property portfolios.
Regarding AI-related risks, Gandhi stated that casino operators remain protective of internal operational data when considering public large language model integration. He emphasized that implementing generative AI without proper security measures could result in unauthorized disclosure of confidential business intelligence.
Tangam addresses this concern by deploying an intermediary application layer positioned between casino information systems and large language models. Under this architecture, the language model accesses only data structure and contextual parameters, never the actual sensitive information.
Gandhi also advised operators against accepting AI-generated recommendations without verification. He pointed out that AI platforms can generate incorrect conclusions while presenting them with high confidence levels. He likened contemporary AI systems to inexperienced analysts who require expert supervision.
Even with widespread AI adoption throughout the casino industry, Gandhi stressed that Tangam’s core focus remains on delivering dependable and trustworthy solutions. The company anticipates exceeding 300 venue installations by mid-2026 while continuing its international market expansion.
