Applied Digital stock traded at $37.26, down 0.11%, after the company delivered another Polaris Forge 1 milestone. The company brought 75 MW of new AI capacity online at its Ellendale campus. The update lifted total live capacity at the North Dakota site to 175 MW.
Applied Digital Expands Polaris Forge 1 Capacity
Applied Digital reached Ready for Service for Phase 1 of Building 2 at Polaris Forge 1. The phase added 75 MW of operational AI capacity for its customer. The company said it completed the delivery on schedule.
The milestone followed the earlier completion of the first 100 MW building at the same campus. Polaris Forge 1 now has 175 MW live. The campus remains fully leased under long-term customer agreements.
At full build-out, Polaris Forge 1 will deliver 400 MW of critical IT load. The project supports high-density artificial intelligence and high-performance computing workloads. The campus remains central to Applied Digital’s AI infrastructure strategy.
On-Time Delivery Supports Execution Message
Applied Digital framed the update as evidence of stronger project execution. The company said several internal teams supported the delivery process. Those teams included construction, engineering, operations, procurement, development, and corporate groups.
The delivery also strengthens the company’s AI Factory franchise model. This model uses repeatable teams and processes across data center campuses. It combines centralized support with dedicated site-level execution.
Applied Digital said the model helps convert secured power into operational AI capacity. That point matters because AI customers need fast and reliable deployment timelines. On-time delivery gives the company a clearer operating message.
Ellendale Campus Adds More AI Infrastructure Context
Polaris Forge 1 sits in Ellendale, North Dakota, where Applied Digital has operated since 2021. The company has built local relationships with leaders, partners, and community groups. It also continues to present the campus as part of a longer regional development plan.
Applied Digital designs, builds, and operates data centers for AI, cloud, networking, and blockchain workloads. The Dallas-based company also uses closed-loop cooling and rapid deployment systems. These features support its push into large-scale compute infrastructure.
The latest milestone comes as AI infrastructure demand keeps rising across the market. Customers continue to value speed, capacity certainty, and delivery discipline. Applied Digital now points to Polaris Forge 1 as proof of that execution strength.
