Key Highlights
- BNB Chain secured the top position in 2026 real-world asset expansion by adding $3.62B in value, according to CryptoRank data
- The BNB token currently hovers around $731, challenging the critical $750–$770 resistance level
- DeFi total value locked on BNB Chain climbed 15.6% in the last 30 days to reach $5.66B, while DEX trading volume surged 65.5% in 24 hours
- Onchain real-world asset valuations have surpassed $39B globally, representing over 50% expansion since the start of 2026
- While Ethereum maintains the dominant overall RWA position, it placed fourth in year-to-date growth metrics
The BNB token is currently positioned near the $731 mark following a substantial rebound from its late-August bottom. Earlier this month, the asset briefly reached $770 before experiencing a pullback, leaving traders focused on whether buyers can push through the $750–$770 supply zone.

This upward movement helped BNB escape a prolonged consolidation phase that dominated summer trading, with the token largely confined between $560 and $625. As bullish momentum gathered strength, the price surged past $700, though it has now encountered resistance at the next key level.
Market analyst Daan Crypto Trades (@DaanCrypto) highlighted BNB as “easily one of the stronger and better looking majors,” observing its ability to quickly bounce from pullbacks and maintain a consistent uptrend since July. He referenced BNB Chain’s recent re-entry into the United States market as a potential growth driver, suggesting it “could be a solid runner into the end of the year.”
A decisive daily candle close above the $750 threshold would signal renewed short-term bullish momentum. Breaking through $770 would indicate that sellers have been overwhelmed and could open the path toward the psychologically significant $800 level.
Should bulls fail to reclaim $750, the price could retreat toward the $720 support area. A breakdown beneath $700 would compromise the recent breakout structure and potentially expose the $680–$690 zone to renewed selling pressure.
On-Chain Metrics Show Strengthening Activity
Network activity on BNB Chain has strengthened in tandem with the price appreciation. The DeFi total value locked now stands at approximately $5.66 billion, representing a 15.6% increase over the past month. Decentralized exchange volume reached around $2.25 billion in the last 24 hours, marking a 65.5% jump compared to the previous week’s daily average.
Transaction fees generated on the network totaled roughly $4.55 million during the same 24-hour window, with protocol revenue at approximately $1.69 million. BNB Chain captured about 14% of aggregate on-chain DEX trading volume in early September, highlighting its competitive position.
BNB Chain Takes RWA Growth Crown for 2026
Data released by CryptoRank on September 11 positioned BNB Chain at the forefront of real-world asset value expansion this year, recording a $3.62 billion increase. Solana secured second place with $2.66 billion in growth, while Stellar claimed third with $2.50 billion. Ethereum followed in fourth position with $1.6 billion added.
Avalanche captured fifth place with $1 billion in RWA growth. The ranking continued with ZKsync contributing $750 million and Monad adding $370 million to round out the list.
Although Ethereum ranked fourth for 2026 growth specifically, it continues to command the largest cumulative share of real-world asset value among all blockchain platforms. The total onchain RWA ecosystem has crossed the $39 billion threshold after expanding by more than half during 2026.
It’s worth noting that CryptoRank’s methodology tracks absolute dollar growth without accounting for initial starting values or providing granular asset-level breakdowns. With BNB currently priced at $731, the immediate challenge for bullish traders remains conquering the $750 resistance level.
