ChronoScale (CHRN) experienced a notable pre-market surge of 7.28%, reaching $22.69 per share on Wednesday following the company’s announcement of a strategic 50-megawatt AI computing deployment alongside Microsoft (MSFT) throughout North America.
The arrangement involves implementing NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems combined with specialized liquid-cooling technology engineered to support dense AI computing environments. This configuration aims to address the substantial thermal management and operational requirements associated with cutting-edge accelerated computing infrastructure.
Cenly Chen, Chief Executive Officer of ChronoScale, characterized the collaboration as evidence of the company’s dedication to developing large-scale AI infrastructure capabilities.
“This planned 50 MW deployment reflects our focus on building AI infrastructure for the density and scale of accelerated computing,” Chen said.
During the same trading period, Microsoft shares advanced 0.95%.
Project Specifications and Infrastructure
The deployment combines computing resources, network architecture, storage solutions, software platforms, and data center facilities into an integrated full-stack infrastructure. The liquid-cooling architecture is engineered to dissipate the substantial heat generated by NVIDIA’s accelerated computing arrays, which power both AI model training and real-time inference applications.
Raj Mirpuri, NVIDIA’s Vice President overseeing Global AI Clouds and Infrastructure Ecosystem, explained that the GB300 NVL72 systems will equip developers and organizations with capabilities to “train and deploy frontier and open-source AI at scale.”
Mirpuri further emphasized that modern AI cloud platforms must operate as comprehensive AI factories, maximizing intelligence output per watt while progressively reducing token generation costs.
ChronoScale positions itself as a specialized accelerated computing platform engineered exclusively for AI workload requirements. The company’s infrastructure is architected to enable large-scale accelerated computing deployments.
Financial Details and Implementation Schedule Remain Undisclosed
The public announcement omitted financial specifics and deployment timelines. Neither organization disclosed revenue projections, contract valuations, or anticipated completion milestones.
ChronoScale released the information through an official press statement on August 27, 2026. The company maintains its headquarters in Menlo Park, California.
This strategic alliance combines ChronoScale’s infrastructure deployment expertise with Microsoft’s extensive cloud computing and artificial intelligence capabilities worldwide.
CHRN shares traded at $22.69 in pre-market activity, marking a 7.28% gain on the announcement date. Microsoft (MSFT) simultaneously recorded a 0.95% increase.
