Fiscal Year Performance Metrics
The quarter concluded Forward’s inaugural full fiscal year executing its Solana-centric treasury model. The numbers demonstrate notable progress.

On a sequential quarterly basis, this figure rose 10%. When annualized, that pace translates to approximately 42% expansion.
A portion of the quarter’s SOL acquisitions came through proceeds from selling Forward equity. Despite the share issuance, the company noted the transactions were accretive to SOL-per-share metrics.

Diversified Ecosystem Exposure
Forward’s Solana thesis extends beyond passive token accumulation. Its position in OnRe, a tokenized reinsurance protocol built on Solana, has generated returns as well.
ONyc, the native token of the platform, experienced 41% market cap appreciation during the quarter. The valuation climbed from approximately $203.4 million to $286.2 million.
That metric has roughly doubled since Forward’s initial investment in May. The broader tokenized real-world asset market on Solana also expanded during this window, growing from $3.3 billion to $4.3 billion.
Chief Investment Officer Ryan Navi has characterized the firm’s strategy as constructing a Solana-focused equivalent of Berkshire Hathaway. The framework combines access to debt and equity capital with diversified yield generation and strategic ecosystem stakes.
Forward reported a net asset value of $870.4 million as of September 30. That figure represents nearly a 100% increase from the $481.3 million recorded at June’s end.
