Oracle Corporation (ORCL) expanded its defense technology network with 10 companies focused on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, communications, and autonomous systems. Meanwhile, ORCL stock rose 1.39% pre-market to $159.83 after closing 4.62% lower at $157.53. The rebound recovered part of the previous session’s sharp decline as Oracle strengthened its national security technology strategy.
Oracle Expands Defense Technology Network
Oracle announced the third Oracle Defense Ecosystem cohort during its Defence Tech Summit 2026. The latest group connects emerging defense companies with Oracle’s distributed cloud infrastructure and computing services. Participating companies can develop and deploy mission-focused systems across secure government and sovereign environments.
The program aims to shorten the process between early product development and operational deployment. Oracle provides cloud, edge, and infrastructure support for companies serving United States and allied defense agencies. Therefore, members can test systems while preparing them for restricted and demanding operational settings.
Oracle launched the ecosystem to support smaller defense companies that face long procurement and deployment cycles. The initiative combines technical assistance, commercial access, and deployment options across several cloud environments. Moreover, Oracle positions the network as a bridge between technology developers and national security organizations.
New Cohort Adds Mission Technology Companies
The new cohort includes Chariot Defense, HPO Technologies, Legion Intelligence, Marlin Intelligence, and Quori. These companies develop tactical power systems, military health platforms, operational software, underwater robotics, and risk analysis tools. Together, their products address battlefield readiness, surveillance, secure operations, and real-time decision support.
Resaro, Revobeam, Tactiql, Two Delta and Unplugged complete the latest group of ecosystem members. Their technologies cover system testing, counter-drone defenses, sensor integration, specialized computing models, and secure mobile communications. Oracle broadens its ecosystem across cyber defense, autonomous systems, and tactical data management.
Existing member Whitespace recently deployed its Saga learning system through Oracle Roving Edge Devices. The deployment supported classified Royal Navy workloads during Operation HIGHMAST in areas with limited connectivity. Furthermore, commanders used the system to record operational lessons and apply them near active mission environments.
Oracle Adds Accelerator and Technical Support
Oracle also expanded member benefits through a partnership with the Defence Holdings accelerator initiative. The program supports early-stage companies seeking customer access, strategic partnerships, and commercial growth within defense markets. Members will receive priority consideration during the accelerator application process.
The partnership covers Oracle’s public, sovereign, government, hybrid, and edge cloud services. It targets companies developing agent-based systems, autonomous platforms, infrastructure protection, and cognitive warfare technology. Participating firms can examine deployment routes suited to different security requirements and operating conditions.
Shield Reply and Red Reply will provide further technical support for ecosystem members using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Their services include readiness reviews, development environments, architecture work, migration support, and secure software delivery processes. This support may reduce deployment barriers while helping companies operate systems across disconnected, classified, and tactical locations.
