Shares of Rezolve AI (RZLV) advanced 2.7% during premarket hours Friday after the firm unveiled a comprehensive strategic partnership with Tech Mahindra (NSE: TECHM).
Unveiled on August 28, 2026, this collaboration establishes a framework for both organizations to deliver agentic commerce solutions to major corporations across the globe.
The strategic arrangement combines Rezolve AI’s specialized commerce technology platform with Tech Mahindra’s worldwide consulting infrastructure, systems integration expertise, and operational reach. The objective is to provide enterprises with a streamlined pathway from initial concept through full-scale AI implementation.
Tech Mahindra contributes substantial enterprise reach to this collaboration, including relationships with more than 1,100 corporate clients, a workforce exceeding 146,000 professionals, and business operations covering 90 nations worldwide.
The strategic emphasis centers on advancing AI applications beyond basic chatbots and experimental pilots. This partnership pursues tangible commerce results where artificial intelligence can interpret customer needs, deliver product recommendations, and execute secure transactions.
Rezolve AI’s Technology Platform
Rezolve AI’s Brain Suite serves as the intelligence foundation for this partnership. The platform encompasses two primary components: Brain Commerce, which manages conversational product discovery and contextual personalization, and Brain Checkout, which facilitates secure, merchant-controlled payment processing.
These solutions are driven by brainpowa, Rezolve AI’s specialized suite of commerce-optimized AI models. The technology is engineered to minimize errors and preserve data accuracy within demanding enterprise settings.
Additionally, the company provides TraceWare and Auditable AI capabilities, which introduce transparency and oversight throughout agentic operations. A distributed database architecture delivers real-time data infrastructure supporting AI agent functionality.
Tech Mahindra’s Contribution
Tech Mahindra assumes responsibility for enterprise system integration, cloud infrastructure, data management, and worldwide implementation. The strategy involves seamlessly incorporating Rezolve AI’s platform within established commerce and customer interaction frameworks.
Harshul Asnani, President and Head of Europe Business at Tech Mahindra, stated the joint solution provides customers with “a practical route from intent to transaction, securely, accurately and at enterprise scale.”
Daniel Wagner, CEO of Rezolve AI, characterized Tech Mahindra as contributing “trusted enterprise relationships, deep industry expertise and the ability to put complex technology into production across the globe.”
Priority industries for deployment include retail operations, consumer packaged goods, financial institutions, and additional transaction-heavy business segments.
This partnership provides Rezolve AI with market access and distribution channels that would be challenging to develop independently. Given Tech Mahindra’s existing retail infrastructure already serving hundreds of millions of end users and processing vast transaction volumes, the scaling opportunity appears significant.
Both companies made the partnership announcement public on August 28, 2026.
