ZoomInfo’s GTM Data Enters the Claude Ecosystem
ZoomInfo published a native connector in the Claude connector directory. Through this connector, ZoomInfo customers pull verified company and contact data into Claude without switching platforms. The integration runs on GTM.AI, ZoomInfo’s headless go-to-market context layer.
GTM.AI exposes ZoomInfo’s data through API and Model Context Protocol, or MCP. MCP is the open standard that Anthropic created for connecting AI systems to external data. This infrastructure allows any platform, agent, or workflow to access ZoomInfo’s data graph.
The data backbone is the GTM Context Graph, which holds records on over 100 million companies. It also covers more than 500 million contacts and billions of buying signals. The graph updates continuously and delivers data in real time.
How Teams Use ZoomInfo Inside Claude
Users connect their ZoomInfo account to Claude through the connector directory on Claude.ai. Once connected, Claude pulls verified firmographics, technographics, contact records, and buying signals directly. Teams ask questions in plain language and receive structured, verified answers instantly.
A sales representative can ask Claude to map decision-makers at a target account. Claude then returns verified ZoomInfo records inside the same conversation. This removes the need to toggle between tools or manually paste data into prompts.
Inside Claude Code, the same connector supports agentic GTM workflows. A GTM operator builds an agent that researches accounts, enriches contacts, and scores leads in one run. Every step calls ZoomInfo through MCP for verified, governed data.
Governance and Platform Reach
ZoomInfo’s GTM.AI already powers integrations across dozens of platforms. These include Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Microsoft Copilot, Gong, ChatGPT, and Google. The Claude connector joins this ecosystem under the same governance framework.
Access control, permissioning, data lineage, and audit logging apply consistently across every connected surface. Customers manage one governance plane across ZoomInfo, Claude, and their broader GTM stack. The Claude integration inherits all existing data policies automatically.
The connector is available now to ZoomInfo customers with a Claude.ai or Claude Code account. Configuration happens directly inside Claude.ai and Claude Code. ZoomInfo continues expanding GTM.AI as the central data layer for AI-powered go-to-market operations.
